Bees at Rest

The hives are silent as the wind blows and the snow falls.

The bees  are tucked away forming a cluster in the center of the hives. The bees’ primary goal is to keep the queen  alive and fed. They move very slowly from the outside to the center of the cluster, where the queen is.  Once at the center they feed the queen with honey drawn from the honeycomb which we left in the hive.
